Information for applying artist. (Handcrafter Only)
Spring Dates: Closed due to construction
Fall Dates: September 11th - 28th.
Holiday Dates: October 29th - November 23th.
Hours: Thursdays & Fridays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sunday 12-5
Registration Fee: $25.00 for each boutique
Registration Deadline: Until Full www.heartandhomeboutique.com
Commission: 25% or 20% when you work a 6 hour shift (Handcrafted Items Only)
Drop off: Will start the 1st of each month please call and make an appointment (952) 442-4084 Last drop off, one week before opening day.
Directions: 6730 Co. Rd. 10 North Waconia, Minnesota 55387
From Hwy. 5 go to Co. Rd. 32/10 turn right (north) go 4 miles turn left into driveway. (We live behind a big brick building and share the drive way) Or 1.5 miles South of Hwy. 7. You will cross a bridge and we are next driveway to the right.
Pricing: Pricing can be tags or stickers, just make sure they are secure. Put crafter # on top left and price on bottom right. I don’t save tags because everything is recorded twice. Once in cash register and also handwritten in daily sales book. You will receive a print out, which will include the date and price of each item but there will not be any inventory numbers included.
Inventory Sheets: Inventory sheets are vital.....and marking items correctly with your assigned #. If tags are missing I can find the price on your inventory sheet. When dropping off inventory you will unpack your items in the designated area (kitchen, birdhouse, apparel, etc) If you have plastic boxes put your number on them. I do not save card board boxes.
It is important to bring new and updated items that have done well for you.
I cannot do a good job selling for you if you send me small inventory or just give me leftovers from past shows you want to get rid of.
Remember: Our customers have come to expect unique handcrafted items so let’s not disappoint them. (No witches please)
Pick Up: Last day of boutiques at 5:00 p.m. or within a week of closing date. Call for an appointment. 952-442-4084
